RETURNS
General refund or exchange is not offered.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original sealed packaging and sent back to Machines warehouse within 5 days from date of receive.

In the event of any cancellation made pursuant to Section 6 of our Terms and Conditions is the refund of the amount paid by you in respect of any cancelled Transaction. Nothing in this policy shall entitle you to further or additional compensation, and you shall have no right to insist on completion of the transaction and/or delivery of the products under the order.

Downloadable software products

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

SALE ITEMS (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, promotional, or items on sale cannot be refunded.

ITEMS IN CART
Item(s) in your Cart is not considered as booked or confirmed as these items can be removed or added to your preference. Note: Item(s) in the Cart may be out of stock within the time frame that the item is in the Cart. In the case where your item(s) in the Cart has run out of stock, you will see the item is "unavailable"

ExDemo ITEMS
Goods are sold on an “AS IS” without warranty basis and are non-refundable, non-exchangeable and non-returnable, in part or in full.
Ex-demo products may not include all accessories and may have cosmetic imperfections, such as scratches, marks, discolouration, dent, etc., and no support is granted with regard to such cosmetic imperfection.
All Ex-Demo are sold "AS IS" conditions, buyers are responsible to check item (at pick-up location) before accepting the purchased item in its present condition. (refund is available at the pick-up location, NO refund will be available once buyer accepted the item and leave the pick-up location).

EXCHANGE (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at [email protected] and send your item to:

SHIPPING

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over RM1,000, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
